When I start a new bathroom design, my goal is to give clients the best type of bathroom storage for their everyday needs. Each bathroom has different uses and different people coming in and out. For instance, a children’s bathroom will require much more storage than a small half-bath. Same goes for a family of two as compared to a family of eight. Each space at least needs storage for things like toilet paper and hand towels but beyond that I look at what is needed to make the space organized and clean.
The following 8 are some of my favorites for designing bathroom storage:

Pull out rack/drawers to hold hair dryers and curling irons |
Roll out shelves and pull out hampers in linen cabinets | ![]() |

Recessed medicine cabinets |
Niches in showers for soap and Shampoo storage | ![]() |

Over-the-john Storage at the toilet |
Additional door storage for base cabinets to hold bottles and cleaners | ![]() |

Tall cabinetry for small bathroom spaces |
Hidden Wall Shelving | ![]() |
When I use these types of storage upgrades I am sure to give my clients better function to their bath space. They need practical solutions for normal issues and we here at Dream Baths can help solve those problems. For more information, be sure to contact our team for a free consultation.
