After the free in home consultation at your home the designer will schedule a meeting at our showroom to display the bath designs and the products that were selected based on the initial consultation. * A design consultant visits your home to evaluate the space, discuss product and design options. * Accurate measurements & photos are taken, and a budget range is determined. * Once a budget estimate is established and a satisfactory design fee is agreed upon, the measurements and photographs are turned over to our drafting department to create a set of “As-Built” plans. * Our production department will then do an on-site inspection to verify all dimensions and site conditions.

We create virtual renderings of your bathroom design so you can literally see what your bathroom will look like during the design process.
At this meeting, you will be able to make any necessary revisions on your products and or design. When your bathroom design and selections are complete, a construction contract is signed with your payment schedule.
